Abstract


With the in-depth study on teacher education, teachers' practical knowledge in the 1980s to become an important research topic in education reform. The acquisition of practical knowledge to be an effective way to achieve professional growth of teachers. In this paper, from grade teacher Dougui Mei hard teaching experience to explore, summarized the accumulation of practical knowledge of teachers, to the majority of teachers. Part IV: proposed practice reflective teaching is the core of the accumulation of practical knowledge. Part V: is a summary of the research was inspired to make some suggestions and Problems. Inspired by the main three things: establish a proactive awareness of teachers in the teaching and learning activities in order to promote the accumulation of practical knowledge, which is to realize the power of teachers specialized factors; Dougui Mei teacher from teaching experience to provide a reference for the majority of teachers; further laid the professional status of teachers . Recommended mainly from the point of view of knowledge tools, put forward the correct evaluation of the value of knowledge play a supplementary role in the understanding of the practical knowledge of teachers; put forward some constructive advice as well as from the normal school students training to to better training high-level teachers team.
