Abstract


Learning mental fatigue phenomenon reflects the contemporary high school students to learn the negative psychological impact of high school students called healthy living \This study of 160 middle school students and 61 classroom teachers openness survey to understand the learning process of students actually the main reason for fatigue and mental performance , high school students learning to build a model of mental fatigue . On this basis, the preparation of a \In addition , we use the critical value as high school students learning the diagnostic criteria for mental fatigue , mental fatigue in accordance with the level of learning degree , the students are divided into learning mental fatigue has no mental fatigue, mental fatigue mild to moderate mental fatigue, severe mental fatigue and severe mental tiredness five types . In this study, the following conclusions : ( 1 ) high school students learning psychological fatigue questionnaire is divided into four dimensions : cognitive fatigue, emotional exhaustion , learning weak, learning efficiency is low. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity of this study can be used as an effective tool . ( 2 ) Students study the psychological tiredness in the middle below the level of the whole . Among them, the emotional exhaustion highest score , followed by the low efficiency of learning and cognitive fatigue , and finally learning weak-willed . ( 3 ) high school students in learning whether the child mental fatigue , which stages of education , discipline , self-assessment grades , parental education level, there are significant differences ; Generally speaking , students study the psychological fatigue does not exist in terms of gender significant differences , but in the emotional exhaustion , weak-willed two dimensions of learning , boys scored significantly higher than girls .
