Abstract


Present, China has entered a historical period of building a moderately prosperous society in this new historical period, the focus of education reform and development in technology and education and talents and good people satisfied with the education increasingly depends on the construction of a high-quality professional teachers. Our country at this stage grassroots teachers, however, there are 17 million rural teachers on 3/4 of the total of such a large group of teachers in rural areas, its level will directly determine the quality of education related to the country's future development. Therefore, the strengthening of rural primary and secondary schools in-service teachers to update their knowledge and improve the quality of teachers in rural areas has become a very important and urgent problem, and to solve this problem the key is to accelerate the development of the rural-service teacher training. Rural the teachers division this training can effectively improve the rural teacher training mechanism, to improve their own quality of rural teachers, to improve the overall quality of education in rural areas. In this paper, through literature research and questionnaire are two ways to study the division this training of rural teachers. The first analysis of the meaning and characteristics of rural teachers the training of the teachers; Second studied with the training, education, psychology, and sociology basis of three aspects of the division of this training to give further explanation; then status quo through this rural teachers' training to investigate, analyze and find out the current rural teachers the training of the division problems and dilemmas, existing actual address these problems and difficulties, combined with the vast rural areas, all aspects of the overall quality of the overall condition of rural schools and rural teachers targeted countermeasures and suggestions. Implemented mainly from the following aspects: to strengthen the depth of the cooperation of experts and teachers for the implementation of the base; primary and secondary school, based in the rural teaching site; learning-based teacher autonomy, guidance, supplemented by experts and professors; school and community to provide support security systems. Through these four aspects to the specific implementation of the training of teachers in rural areas division, focuses on teachers of self-study, self-reflection, and operating practices. Focuses on the ability to learn, practice skills exercise and training. The innovation of this paper in knowledge complement by continuously operating practice focuses on the upgrading of teachers' practical ability, so that teachers can independently skilled each lesson to ensure the quality of each class, thus fundamentally to improve the overall quality of education in rural schools.
