Abstract


Newsweek as a mass media buildup recent news events in large quantities in a fixed period of time , re looking for a different point of view to be edited into another new news \period , able to attract the audience to read. Editor of this again , re- construct the image of women in the news events have been re- constructed . In the medium to create the world , whether the world is real or illusory , we have to ask is : what women in which what emerged ? Based on this, we selected three Newsweek - \\characters appear less fuzzy age characteristics , lack of coverage of rural women about their occupational distribution is uneven , will highlight the role set for entertainment stars , but still can not escape the definition of \push women into the whirlpool of emotions , they will be seen as a view of love supreme emotional animals . This article explores the reasons for the reproduction of the image of women in the impact Newsweek : on the one hand by the impact of traditional gender culture , on the other hand , the main reason for the media field , the women in the media in the \lacking. Finally, to enhance the image of women presented the strategy and recommendations : strengthen the effective monitoring of the media , and strengthen the gender awareness of the media organization .
