Abstract


Henan is China's major agricultural province, cultural province, is also emerging industrial province, economic province. Fifth living in the country's total economic output, has huge market potential readers. Especially in the current round of our society is in transition, the various social contradictions become increasingly prominent. Rural issues namely agriculture, rural areas and farmers is a prominent social problem. Peasant politics, economy, culture, life building process has been community-wide attention. \Leading cadres favorite newspaper Financial economic and social; should be shaped into a rural version has a \January 1, 2005 \It as the nation's first comprehensive issue for rural party newspaper. The newspaper was rural readers as \\content targeting, the founder of a targeted, practical rural version of the newspaper.
