Abstract


Job tickets in power supply enterprises to \This article summarizes existing computer billing system status based on the combination of remote technology and workflow technology proposed to automatically generate a new kind of job ticket computer and management system . The paper analyzes the power supply enterprise organizational structure , corporate jobs , job ticket to the status of the situation and network construction , and on this basis , the realization of the system need to take full advantage of the existing job ticket issued empirical knowledge and has built a network resource , design supply enterprise work and development applicable to the actual needs of the job ticket system to achieve integrated production job ticket information and remote information processing automatically generate and process . GMIS (Geographic Management Information System) the equipment topology diagram and scheduling remote the substation system provides real-time information to establish a database to introduce the idea of expert systems technology , object-oriented knowledge base ( including equipment base and rule base ) inference engine using fuzzy algorithm designed to automatically according to user needs into votes . The job ticket system to establish a unified management operations votes comprehensive information platform , a new method based on the table to achieve the job ticket management system data flow , job ticket issued , audit , transfer , execution , rollback , change , void , terminate , the archiving process management . The job ticket after the trial run , the system generates simple and quick , shorter turnaround time , work efficiency , standardization and normalization of the job ticket , have made great progress in transforming production work management level , with a certain degree of economic and social benefits .
