Abstract


Warehouse management occupy a pivotal position in the enterprise supply chain management . In the pursuit of speed and quality , warehouse management to be able to ensure the efficient conduct of the purchase, inventory control and shipping , otherwise the cost is not effectively controlled , it is difficult to be assured of the quality of service , the final impact to the enterprise's own competitiveness. And compared enterprise inventory control easier , faster inventory turnover rate . But at the same time , the job of warehouse management and inventory control management has been very complex and diverse , purely rely on traditional human memory and manual entry way , not only inefficient time-consuming and prone to error , to production and operations management irreparable losses. Therefore, the use of advanced automated management tools to implement the intelligent management of enterprise warehouse has become a consensus of current enterprise inventory management . The application of RFID technology to intelligent warehouse management inject new strength . Can know the actual application process , the integration of RFID technology and enterprise information systems the enterprises introduced RFID needs first and foremost faced and solved . This article first summarizes the RFID technology on the basis of the research status at home and abroad , indicating the relationship between the RFID technology and other related technologies , the necessity of application of RFID technology in the ERP system , and proposed the RFID technology and ERP integration general framework. Then designed and implemented information systems applications of RFID technology in the modern enterprise intelligent warehouse management business processes . Finally , a regional tobacco industry conditions , for example , the use of some of the key systems development technology breakthrough in enterprise systems integration bottlenecks based on the convergence of RFID and enterprise ERP system , developed according to the the SMEs characteristics and actual demand realized based on RFID technology tobacco warehouse management system . The same time, to provide a reference for our SME application of RFID technology .
