Abstract


Self-16th CPC National Congress proposed the goal of the development of the information technology to stimulate industrialization, the majority of lines of enterprise With full enthusiasm and vigor to the construction of information technology. In the increasingly fierce market competition, the integrated operational ability of the enterprise resource has become the main criteria to reflect market competitiveness. Integrated the resources of the business activities, customer needs and supplier of enterprise resource planning (Enterprise Resources Planning, ERP) has been a growing number of enterprises as a powerful tool to improve the overall core competitiveness. The successful implementation of ERP in the enterprise is the systematization of the entire enterprise management with the most effective way to improve the efficiency of information management, however, whether it is in the economically developed Western countries or the Chinese enterprises to implement ERP project success rate is generally not high. Enterprise, the effective implementation of the ERP project is a very complex system engineering, ERP project implementation very difficult to succeed is rooted in the dynamic complexity of the implementation process. However, traditional project management theory, methods, and tools can not effectively deal with the enterprise ERP project dynamic complex. The purpose of this paper is in the specific environment of China's enterprises, comprehensive research of experts and scholars, the introduction of the system dynamics theory research enterprise in the risk factors in the process of implementation of ERP projects. First in risk factors for ERP project implementation characteristics analysis of the current situation and problems of our enterprise ERP implementation leads to the purpose of this study and the main content. Secondly, a comprehensive analysis of the impact between the implementation of the ERP project risk factors of internal and external risk factors. The third chapter describes the basis of system dynamics theory and research methods, and highlights the main content of the causal relationship, which is behind the use of system dynamics to the risk factors in the implementation of ERP projects laid the foundation, and according to the system dynamics Modeling requirements for a simple introduction to the the Vensim software and ithink software. In the fourth chapter, the point of view of the use of system dynamics to analyze and draw the inherent causal relationship between the internal and external risk factors in the implementation of ERP. And the efforts of software suppliers modeling and analysis. Finally, the conclusion of the comprehensive study to explore a method to improve the success rate of the Chinese enterprises to implement ERP effectively circumvent the corresponding risk, and pointed out the limitations of this study and directions for further research.
