Abstract


Power pipeline network is the lifeline of the daily production and life activities. It often consists of pipelines and supports using for supporting the pipelines. Most of the power pipeline supports exposed to chemical air pollution conditions. The environment had a strong corrosivity. Long-term use caused various kinds of damage, such as support materials aging, concrete carbonizing and cracking, and corrosion of reinforcement. Those damages led to decreasing of the support capacity and position deviation of the supports. The normal operation of the power pipeline network was threatened seriously. Therefore, dynamic management on the safety, practicability and reliability of the power pipeline supports has a significant social and economic significance.Based on reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, this thesis first introduced the theories of the power pipeline supports and its reliability, proposed a dynamic management mode of the power pipeline supports reliability based on PDCA cycle, analyzed the main functions of the dynamic management system. Then the thesis applied the database design principles, VB programming languages, secondary development ActiveX controls of the geographic information system which called MapX. Combined with the grading method of the support reliability, the assessment process of durable life, and the CAD floor plans of the supports, a dynamic management system of power pipeline support was developed. The system has many important functions such as dealing with the various support attribute information, matching the geographic information and attributes information, etc. In the end, the system was used in an example of power pipeline supports in a metallurgical plant. Users can figure out the location of each support in space, and real-time monitor the condition of each support. The system can quickly assess the reliability level and the durable life of the supports. The dynamic management of the power pipeline supports was carried out.The using of computer technology in the safety management of power pipeline supports, which will improve the efficiency and accuracy of testing work, has an important practical significance for propelling the development of informationization in the existing structures examination and appraisal industry.
