Abstract


Our country into the 12th Five-Year Plan starting this year, as an important part of the social security medical coverage in the future national economic construction and social development will play a decisive role. As the impact on the livelihood of a plan, along with the continuing reform of the urban and rural medical insurance system, medical insurance system has basically achieve universal coverage, and let more and more people benefit. First, the article describes the comparison of urban and rural medical insurance system for co-ordination. Mainly from medical configuration, liability treatment, in-depth analysis, trying to find a solution to the urban and rural medical insurance system fairness key. Again, this article introduces the status quo of the of Dunhua City's urban and rural medical insurance system, through field investigation, interviews, understand Dunhua City residents on the level of understanding of the medical insurance system, and the status of implementation of the medical insurance system.
