Abstract


With China 's rapid economic development , the growing senior management team (TopManagement Team, TMT) , TMT practice and theoretical research has become a common concern of the people . In reality , the conflict is an inevitable phenomenon of any team , it also exists in the TMT TMT conflict is crucial for enterprises to establish an efficient TMT , as well as the quality of the decisions we make for the TMT . Therefore, the study of TMT conflict management corporate executives the quality of decision-making is particularly necessary and essential . Starting from the existing literature on the basis of a review of domestic and foreign scholars study analyzed the impact of different conflict management on the quality of decision-making , build the theoretical model of the corporate executive team conflict management on the quality of decision-making , and the hypothesis is proposed on the basis of the theoretical model . In this paper, the method of empirical research , in order to verify the assumptions , the senior management of the enterprise through survey research . SPSS software to summarize the research data collation and analysis , and inspection questionnaire reliability and validity , correlation analysis and regression analysis to validate the assumptions made ??by , drawn five different conflict management on the quality of decision-making affect the results. Cohesion mediating variables in the research process , and then verify whether the executive team conflict management style will affect the TMT team cohesion and the quality of decision-making . This article obtained through empirical research cooperation and compromise of two conflict management is a positive impact on the quality of decision-making ; controlled evasive and obedience three conflict management is a negative impact on the quality of decision-making ; cohesion is cooperative , compromise and the controlled conflict management and the quality of decision-making between the mediating variables . This paper studies provide theoretical basis for exploring effective ways of conflict resolution and , at the same time also has guiding significance in practice .
