Abstract


Explore the family business from the family business within the family relationship with the external political links of the decision-making process of the establishment of political ties and its impact has important practical significance to explore the development of the family business . With the historical changes of the institutional environment in which our family business , the establishment of political ties bring efficiency loss of rent-seeking behavior , gradually transformed into enterprises and government promote each other and win-win mode . Third , the family business in the development process , the entrepreneurs for the family business , longitudinal the relationship network coordination and heritage plays an important role . Intergenerational transmission in the family business , family business , political affiliation , social network capital as entrepreneurs , entrepreneurs successor transfer handover there is the process of remodeling , and often social network heritage in comparison postponed link .
