Abstract


With the continuous development of China 's manufacturing industry as well as the rapid development of the market economy , the enterprise 's production management mode is facing a severe test. Lean production methods to the development of the times and the changes in the market , along with the rapid development and wide application in domestic SMEs . Lean Production (Lean Production) derived from the production of the Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan , and its purpose is to focus on the elimination of waste of various business operations , the use of JIT , fast switching products , improve efficiency , reduce waste, continuous improvement , lean implementation strategy and methods to improve the multi-species , small batch production capacity to respond to meet the individual needs of customers for products and services increasing . Currently , many SMEs in the management level is lagging behind , there are many problems in the production management , some of which are SMEs also want to change the status quo through the implementation of lean production , eventually leading to the implementation of the result is not satisfactory , because no complete set of scientific evaluation methods . Therefore , how to effectively and objectively evaluate the enterprise level implementation of lean production , lean production and take appropriate evaluation system to become an important issue in today 's small and medium enterprises . The main contents of this paper the following aspects : First, this paper briefly introduces Lean Production and Lean Production system status ; then when evaluating the level of implementation of lean production for this stage of lean production evaluation index system lack of evaluation indicators exist , then the introduction of the evaluation method of management entropy theory and data envelopment analysis (DEA) , through the management entropy elected objective evaluation of the characteristics of the implementation of lean manufacturing enterprises , and then using DEA evaluation method , the get objective evaluation of input into the DEA mathematical model , the result of the operation and conduct an objective and valid analysis . In this paper, the actual case of a grinding abrasive analyze the results prove the feasibility of lean production evaluation system based on the Management Entropy screening evaluation DEA , has high utility and applicability of the rapid development of domestic small and medium the enterprise has certain guiding significance and reference value .
