Abstract


Supply chain as the new forms of cooperation between the modern enterprise competition in the globalized economy and the impact of the information age , is facing a huge risk of inefficient or interruption . The unique characteristics of the equipment manufacturing enterprises determine the complex structure of the supply chain and high-risk sex . In this paper questionnaires , factor analysis , fuzzy mathematical theory , Failure Mode Effect and Criticality law and MAS technology equipment manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain risk identification , evaluation and control , so as to minimize the risk of supply chain to protect its stable and efficient operation of purpose . In this paper, on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature review around the equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk management study the following three questions . Equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk identification , based on literature and business interviews , combined with the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing enterprises assume that risk factors finalized nine risk factors and 32 risk variables , completion risk , through questionnaires and factor analysis identification ; equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk assessment , risk identification based on the first use of the two fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the fuzzy evaluation matrix , and then through the FMECA method to determine the risk index weight and eventually obtained the equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain overall risk value of the level of value and risk level of the nine risk factors , and the results were analyzed Help ; equipment enterprise supply chain risk control , the use of MAS technology , the establishment of the equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk warning and treatment decision support system model for the conduct of always risk control . In this paper, the characteristics of the equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain identified nine risk factors and 32 risk variables , and calculated the level of risk of the equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain overall risk and nine risk factors , and finally to apply computer technology to supply which the chain risk control management , the proposed risk early warning and treatment decision support system based on MAS model. In order to achieve effective management of the equipment manufacturing enterprise supply chain risk through risk identification , evaluation and control .
