Abstract


With the arrival of the knowledge economy and the increasing competition in the market , information on the enterprise becomes more and more important . The one hand, the financial information from the past extended to the areas of supplier management, enterprise management , human resources management, customer relationship management and management ; the other hand, extended to internal information management between upstream and downstream enterprises information technology business collaboration . Domestic wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises will face severe competitive international environment , one of the key global competition is competition in the supply chain management . Chinese enterprises must make their best efforts to the United Nations, its business partners , and extended supply chain system , and multinational competition . For small and medium-sized enterprises , need to drastically improve their management level , added to the supply chain system , to improve the competitiveness and faster growth , avoid strong competition out of the market . Thesis in the elaborated information technology and supply chain management theory on the basis of the actual situation , combined with wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises , and discusses the need for wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain management under conditions of informatization . Under conditions of informatization wind electrical equipment manufacturing enterprises in supply chain management of the status quo analysis , and supply chain management of the environment SWOT analysis , explore the business operations internal factors and external factors , wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises in the information presented under the condition should be taken of the supply chain management strategy , building a choice of supplier decision-making model , marketing decision-making model and down the supply chain collaborative decision-making model to strengthen the wind power equipment manufacturing enterprises under conditions of informatization supply chain management , in favor of optimize the allocation of the various aspects of the UGC , cost control , and tap a new source of profit .
