Abstract


Nearly 33 years since the reform and opening up , the main micro enterprise as a market economy , the rapid development of its own at the same time , maximize the promotion of the economic and social development in China , and bring a lot of tax revenue to the state , countless jobs , yearly speed of GDP growth and increasing people's living standards . However, the other side of the sustained economic growth and social prosperity and progress in corporate social responsibility has fallen into a deep crisis , such as neglect of the interests of consumers , and neglect of workers working environment , trampling on the laws and regulations , as the pursuit of economic interests is set regardless of environmental pollution are all reflected the lack of corporate social responsibility . At this stage , the lack of corporate social responsibility has become one of the serious obstacles restricting China 's sustainable economic and social development , the reason , the factors of both the enterprises themselves , government departments . Thus , corporate social responsibility to promote is inseparable from the role of government . Of government departments in the corporate social responsibility construct lack of supervision , oversight lag , has been unable to adapt to the requirements of the construction and economic development of a harmonious society in China . First by the Western countries with practical experience shows that corporate social responsibility is to rely on the basis of civil society , government and the forces to promote development , which the government is one of the most important driving force . The current overall social responsibility activities of the business community in China is still in its infancy , many enterprises in the more prominent social responsibilities . Due to the lack of a strong social driving force , the Chinese government to promote corporate social responsibility becomes more important . Based on the existing research and analysis of the basic situation of corporate social responsibility in transition , and on the basis of introduction of government at home and abroad to promote corporate social responsibility initiatives to construct , focuses on the process of constructing the Chinese government to promote corporate social responsibility Analysis of the role and suggestions .
