Basing on the theory of Supply Chain management and performance evaluation theory , combining of theoretical and empirical methods , the dissertation studies on the supply chain performance indicators evaluation system of TKAS SSC. Based on deep comprehension of the stations function and their working flow , this dissertation sets up the performance measurement system from five respects, that is raw material purchasing, production plan arrangement, stock management, customer service and capital management, fully considering the balance between the short-term targets and the long-term targets, external performance and inside performance,financial index and non- financial index, quantitative index and nature index. And then through an analysis of the basic principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this dissertation introduces the AHP into the field of performance measurement of Supply Chain, sets up the analytic hierarchy model of performance measurement of supply chains, and puts forward the weight index revision method.
