Abstract


The earthquake disaster is a natural disaster, is difficult to predict, sudden strong, long duration destructive, prone to secondary disasters, and far-reaching, not only will the disaster area caused direct economic losses , it will result in a larger indirect economic losses. Sichuan Province in the earthquake-prone zone, and more prone to earthquakes, 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake of 2008 is the most widely spread since the founding of New China, the most destructive earthquake caused direct economic losses far more than the July 28, 1976 Tangshan earthquake. Sichuan Province is a major agricultural province in China, one of the hardest hit by the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan Province had a serious impact to the the Sichuan disaster agricultural economy and people's lives are, and how to assess the losses caused by the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan Province and the country's agricultural economy is a subject worthy of study. In this paper, the results of previous studies and certain assumptions based on the integrated use of knowledge and theory of regional economics, Western economics, economic geography, disasters, economics and other disciplines, using the method of literature research, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods and interdisciplinary research analysis to establish the input-output model and partial equilibrium model to analyze the impact of the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan Province and the country's agricultural economy, and put forward a reasonable and effective disaster mitigation policy recommendations on this basis, and thus for the earthquake the good development of the agricultural economy of the disaster area to provide the reference value, promote post-disaster economic research, disaster economic discipline construction, post-disaster coordinated regional economic sustainable development has a certain reality and practical significance in the long run. This article includes six main parts, the main contents of the various parts: the first part is the Introduction. This paper introduces the research background, research status of the earthquake disaster, another described the purpose of this research, significance, methods and main content and innovation has important practical significance of our proposed earthquake disasters. The second part of the theoretical basis of the impact of the earthquake disaster on regional agricultural economy. From disasters, economic theory, regional economic growth theory and the theory of the relationship between people and land, to illustrate the impact of the earthquake disaster on regional agricultural economy. The third part of the impact assessment and analysis of the Wenchuan earthquake of Sichuan Agricultural Economics, part of the focus of this study. First analysis of the current situation of the development of the agricultural economy before the earthquake; Second Wenchuan earthquake overview; once again sub-sector analysis of the impact of the Wenchuan earthquake of Sichuan Agricultural Economics; Finally, the input-output analysis model to calculate the Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province agricultural economy caused by the loss. The fourth part of the Wenchuan earthquake on the country's agricultural economy. Mainly on the basis of the CGE model, considering the agricultural and livestock market, a partial equilibrium model to assess the Wenchuan earthquake in China's agricultural economy. The fifth part of the agricultural economy of post-Wenchuan earthquake recovery and development policy recommendations, mainly based on the characteristics and evaluation of the seismic hazard analysis results, policy recommendations proposed agricultural economy after earthquake recovery development has important implications not only for disaster mitigation, and also earthquake Disaster prevention has certain referential significance. The sixth part of the conclusions of this study as well as shortcomings. Studies: Wenchuan earthquake devastating loss; Wenchuan earthquake of Sichuan Agricultural caused tremendous damage and less impact of the country's agricultural economy.
