Abstract


In recent years , the evolution of the international economic order has been the focus of attention of many scholars . In the economic globalization and regional economic integration era , the international economic order is a sovereign country , especially by the big country 's foreign economic policy shaping and dominated . International economic order from generation to establish , are embodied in the will and interests of the developed countries , while developing countries have been infringed , in a lower position in the international economic situation , the status is no right or less right . The deepening of the global economic imbalances lead to many problems of disorder and unrest in the world in the process of economic development , has seriously affected the development of the world economy ; international economic order dominated by developed countries is gradually revealed many contradictions and problems , restricted international economic order toward conducive to the evolution of the direction of global economic development . Based on this background , the paper first theoretical viewpoints factors affect the evolution of the international economic order to sort out , given several of the classic theory of the evolution of the international economic order , and gives his own views . Then specific analysis of the factors affecting the evolution of the international economic order , the factors affecting the evolution of the international economic order is divided into internal factors , external factors and bias factors . International political and economic changes in the pattern of global trade imbalances , economic globalization and regional economic integration exogenous variables affect the evolution of the international economic order , they are to some extent affected the process of the evolution of the international economic order ; subject , location , order rules four variables as international actors interact endogenous variables in the game , their common role in the decision process of the evolution of the international economic order . The evolution of the international economic order is endogenous and exogenous variables together international actors interactive game and cooperative game is the optimal choice for international actors to achieve their own best interests . Finally , on the basis of the analysis of the theory and game , starting from the actual national and global position , on the evolution of the international economic order and establish a reasonable policy recommendations .
