Abstract


In recent years , China's electric power construction developed rapidly , plus electricity enterprise itself is a capital -intensive enterprise , which led to the power companies need a lot of capital investment , a lot of big power enterprise financial risk worrying . Have scientific and accurate evaluation of the financial risk is very important . This paper describes the theoretical part of the concept of financial risk analysis of the financial risk of the power enterprises from internal and external influencing factors . The internal factors embodied by traditional financial indicators , traditional financial indicators consolidate , to ensure that the amount of information to find out the impact of the the electricity enterprise financial risk of major financial indicators . External factors are reflected in the interest rates , the risk of environmental policy , the risk of changes in interest rates , tariff policy risk . The empirical part of the selected Min electric Yuneng , Xianglong 3 ST company financial data as the evaluation of the object , the use of the BP neural network evaluation method to evaluate . Because the the ST company's financial situation is obviously not ideal , the financial risk level as \Use of the training good the model input Nengshan company 's data , the results of the evaluation of the \Randomly selected based on Guidongdianli predict , forecast results for \Finally, the characteristics of the power enterprises to power enterprise financial risk avoidance measures proposed in this paper .
