Abstract


Abroad, the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) in the promotion of SME financing to support the development of high-tech enterprises in revealing the amazing creativity to this China as early as in 1998, made the idea of ??the establishment of GEM, until October 2009 with those the GEM board was officially opened. Open board has been more than a year, now has 193 of its listed companies. Its booming momentum, which makes clear our multi-level capital market has entered a new stage. However, in this young market, due to the appropriate management and supervision system is imperfect, GEM facing many challenges, such as how to accurately evaluate the quality of listed companies. It is with this guiding ideology, reading a large number of listed companies evaluation research literature, on the basis of in-depth understanding of the characteristics of the companies listed on GEM, the combination of mature ideas listed on the Main Board of the evaluation of the quality of the company, to establish a sets new quality evaluation system for companies listed on GEM. First This paper analyzes the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM), the meaning and significance of the characteristics of the companies listed on GEM, the meaning of the quality of the companies listed on GEM and GEM listed companies quality evaluation obtained unlike mature listed company on the Main Board of the evaluation of the companies listed on GEM evaluation and the quality of companies listed on GEM is not a simple meaning financial condition. GEM quality of listed companies should include the company's financial results (defined in this paper as a growth-based), three aspects of the company's growth potential and room to grow. In this paper, after a review of the theory of the evaluation of the quality of listed companies, including the theory of corporate growth, corporate life cycle theory, system management theory and principle of the Analytic Hierarchy Process. These theories and methods are guiding role in the evaluation of listed companies. Enterprise growth theory illustrates the growing power of the corporate life cycle theory summarizes a business venture to the decline of a process of development, system management theory reveals the variability and importance of the right of corporate management, Analytic Hierarchy Process We build the model . Next, this paper established the principle of building the evaluation model, and the quality of listed companies in accordance with the relevant theoretical evaluation of the three is broken down into a total of 19 evaluation index, contains 11 quantitative indicators and seven qualitative indicators, while on a per The indicators made a detailed explanation of the correlation between the indicators of the company's quality. The weight structure comparison matrix using AHP has been the evaluation of each indicator of the quality of the company, to establish the quality of the companies listed on GEM evaluation system. Finally, from the point of view of the empirical analysis in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM listed companies selected five furniture company representative, the use of building a good model of its rated contrast score results and the actual situation, to test the practicality of the model and science.
