Abstract


Stock market as a barometer of the economy, the situation of the securities industry has a direct impact on our economic development. Although at this stage, many scholars studied the relationship between the economic development with the development of securities markets, they didn’t rise the development of the securities industry to the height of industrial safety. With the openness of China’s financial markets improving, the domestic securities market is more susceptible to the effects of the international financial environment. Therefore, it’s very important to learn and understand the safety of the domestic securities industry and it’s helpful to preserve our financial security and make the economic development more stable and rapid.The paper put an eye on the industry security theory, combined with the development situation of China’s industrial safety, gained a footing on the securities industry security evaluation research, in order to improve the industry security theory and offer the basis of making right policies.Fellow the design principles of evaluation index system and in accordance with the design method of evaluation index system, we chose the securities industry’s living environment, the securities industry’s market risk, the securities industry’s competitiveness of business organizations and the securities industry’s control as the first-level indicators system. Then, we selected other indicators to construct the second-level indicators system and the third-level indicators system. Finally, take the data in 2004～2009 to analyze, the paper evaluates the security tendency of our country’s securities industry and put forward some countermeasures.
