Abstract


Chinese trust industry recovery since 1979 has been 30 years of development . During the entire trust industry has gone through five different degrees of rectification , until 2001, after the introduction of the \on specification development road . After the development of recent years , in terms of an emerging financial markets , the development of China 's trust industry has a considerable size . Trust business in China is not found in the development process is always operating model for its own development , its own distinctive characteristics , resulting in the development process , there are many defects , four financial institutions in a short board . Under the financial industry in an increasingly competitive situation , China's trust industry only through trust product innovation , the adjustment of the business philosophy and operating model changes , will it be possible to play a business advantage , and thus made ??significant progress . In this paper, the mode of operation of the trust business in China from the perspective of the Trust product innovation . After analysis of the course of development and operational characteristics of the trust industry in developed countries trust respectively analyze and summarize the mainstream of China 's trust industry operating model innovation and trust products . Future development direction of China 's financial situation , wealth management development model is more suitable for the development of China 's trust industry , and direction ancillary Trust product innovation and business development approach . Through the new operating model and the comparison of the current operating model , summarized the characteristics and advantages of the new model . The innovation of this paper is that , a more detailed study of the operating mode of the trust industry in China , the development of ideas and operational mode of development from the perspective of the Trust product innovation . Instance based on many mainstream trust company business in the course of the study , analysis and research to practical feasibility of operation for the purpose of wealth management development model is more suitable for our future development of the trust industry .
