Abstract


Real estate is engaged in real estate development, management, administration and service industries. It is a basic national carrier , is in the industrialization and urbanization and the rise of the process of modernization , the development of the formation of an independent industry , while promoting the industrialization, urbanization and modernization progress , has become a modern social and economic system is an important the composition of both points. Real estate industry chain length , related degree, the healthy development of the national economy has a significant role. We must be on the real estate bubble , there is a clear understanding. This paper analyzes the development status of China's real estate bubble and causes , and gives coping strategies to try to answer the following questions: What is the real estate bubble ? Existence of the real estate bubble ? Cause what are the reasons the real estate bubble ? What strategies should be adopted to deal with these issues ? paper focuses on analysis of these issues , combined with the reality of the real estate development proposed solutions to this problem . This paper is divided into four parts: First, the conditions of the real estate bubble ; Second, systems analysis and try to point out the foam performance reasons ; Third, the economic impact of the bubble and its performance ; fourth is proposed countermeasures against the bubble . In this paper, the development of the real estate situation, problems and countermeasures reasons are discussed ; through the use of Marxist political economics, econometrics relevant principles in the analysis of the real estate bubble causes of action when the empirical analysis and normative analysis of the combination , using the method of combining theory with practice , from a combination of multi- perspective analysis of the specific circumstances of a typical city in the analysis when the use of countermeasures system analysis method .
