Abstract


With the high speed development of the material life and the medical level, the aging phenomenon is inevitable result. According to the related investigation demonstrated that China’s aging accelerates unceasingly, the average 2.6 people need to support an old person in next ten years. In recent years, because of the high pressure that the young people worked, senior citizen’s retirement idea also transform from the home retirement for the apartment type retirement, in the urban retirement system, the old age apartment already became many senior citizen’s retirement choices. Compares with the overseas old age apartment which has perfect hardware equipment and good service level, because our country starts late, the aging phenomenon has the characteristic of“old first who has not been rich”, and our country doesn’t take attention to the old age apartment’s environment landscape. Regardless of the selected location environment or the path’s plan, and even the landscape matching facilities and the afforested disposition doesn’t from the demand of the senior citizen’s characteristic. Therefore, urgent needs should be conducted to the theorical research of the old age apartment environment landscape design, and we should establish perfect rationale to instruct our practice for the old age apartment environment landscape design.Wuhan is a city with a high aging degree, in recently years, by the end of 2008, the investigation showed that the whole city has achieved old population 60 year-old above 1,147,000 people, accounts for the whole city total population 13.77%. The 80 retirement organization with different scale, which distributes in Wuhan’s each region manages the courtyard nature and the region environment, its environmental condition also presents the different characteristic with the different courtyard nature and the region environment, in the same time, it has very big disparity with the overseas old age apartment environment landscape.This article main utilizes the method of comparison analytic, carries on the analysis to the overseas outstanding old age apartment, as well as to the domestic (Beijing, Shanghai) and influent old age apartment to investigate and study on the spot, analyzes the prominent merit. in the old age apartment environment landscape design. Moreover, through conducts on-the-spot investigation research to the existing old age apartment’s environment landscape in Wuhan, chooses the urban district and the suburbs, handles fairly with managed by the people, the scale big and the small altogether 4 old age apartment, according to the senior citizen’s psychology, physiological and the behavior activity’s demand embarks, selects the method which the questionnaire survey and observes on the spot, summarizes various old ages apartment the question which exists on the environment landscape, and carries on the comparison with the domestic and foreign outstanding cases, discovers the difference, take the environmental psychology and the landscape design’s theory as the basis, gives the concrete improvement comment. This article is for the purpose of fully using Wuhan’s human geography environment and the Wuhan person’s habits and customs, summarizes the design procedures and methods of Wuhan City’s elderly Landscape , summarizes the design features of the open space, communication space, viewing room, fitness room and plant configuration for elderly. Finally, take Wuhan as the example, carries on the practice and the application to its theory, this example also Carries on the deepening to the environment landscape design of Wuhan old age apartment.
