Abstract


With the rapid development of economic globalization , enterprises face increasingly intense competition , the role of human resources management in the enterprise management increasingly important , because the competition among enterprises is ultimately a talent competition , who the talent advantage , who is likely to be invincible in the fierce competition . Performance management as a key link in the human resources management system , is subject to the enterprises increasing attention . A core role in the performance management , performance appraisal , more and more attention by enterprises , and has become the top priority of the present corporate human resources management . Designed set of effective performance appraisal system in the enterprise , has a very important role in promoting enterprise development and performance improvement , corporate design performance appraisal system , often become its key assessment indicators set . Key performance indicators (KPI, Key Performance Indicators) method has been growing more and more enterprises into practice . The KPI method has two significant characteristics : First, it requires the setting of performance indicators must be linked with the organizational development strategy ; Secondly , KPI special attention to the need to focus on a specific period of time and solve the problem . Inevitable in practice involves a very important issue , forthcoming , these two requirements and development status of the Company combined , reasonable design company specific practical KPI . I had the honor to participate in a consulting firm working practice : A finance company to create a new performance appraisal system , this paper aims to explore the use of KPI finance company performance appraisal , as well as how to establish four dimensions based on the balanced KPI performance evaluation index system . This paper, first expounded the basic theory and knowledge of the performance appraisal ; then A public performance evaluation of the status quo , identify the problem and design a solution to the problem for the problem ; Finally, the feasibility of the design scheme of evaluation and feedback .
