Abstract


Today 's financial activities have been breaking the traditional concept of \The absence of a major international financial regulatory body functions and dislocation , the lack of a full range of international financial regulatory standards , the regulatory exemption as well as the international financial regulatory standards procyclicality in the financial crisis exposed . There is a conflict , the constraints of the international financial system reform very difficult, as well as the international financial regulatory competition and regulatory cooperation game , the pro-cyclicality of the international community to change the regulatory rules , to expand the scope of regulation to strengthen information disclosure and in the \share , and build a wide range of international financial regulatory body system and so made ??a positive attempt , and pointed out the direction of future development . China should actively participate as a important member of the G20 and the FSB reform of the international financial regulatory system , to play the leadership role of the East Asian regional regulatory cooperation , to enhance the voice of the East Asian region in the international financial regulatory rulemaking process .
