Abstract

Culture is the starting and destination for tourists, culture is the source and power of sustainable development for tourism of destination, culture is the soul of tourism.To abstract the cultural connotation in a specific materialized products or a dynamic process to manifestation,to change the cultural advantage of traveling resources into product advantage, thus into industry advantage is bound. Cultural tourism industry is a significant trends about the integrated development of culture industry and tourism industry ,it is the the most effective means to meet people’s ethical and cultural needs and recreational needs , it has great development of space ,because of this, the development of cultural tourism has great necessity and social values.Shanxi province have a five-thousand- year history of culture, it was the birthplace of civilization, extensive and profound of a geographic and cultural forms ,that settling down a rich cultural tourism resources, including culture about natural resources, culture about famous persons of and historical, cultural about relics and sites, cultural about religious , cultural about ancient art, culture about red revolution and folk cultural six aspects, so it has a broader space for shanxi province to develop the cultural tourism .The tourism industry is promoted to an important position by Shanxi province in recent years .The next five-year planning will play a leading role for the development of tourism industry .Tourism industry has been unprecedented concerned in Shanxi province.It is undeniable that development of shanxi tourism can rely on the rich cultural tourism resources,but the resources of cultural tourism industry in shanxi have not yet formed a whole system, they still in a state of disorder. And resources advantages have not changed into competitive advantages, therefore, the key to promote the competitiveness of Shanxi cultural tourism industry is the integration of resources, and finally it can achieve the maximization of the resource efficiency.This paper falls into six sections of :The first part is guide language.It is about the thesis of the research topic and background, research and significant, relevant documents, studies method.The second part is related theory research. The culture tourism industry theory is the basic theory, and the culture meaning and significance of tourism can be defined in this part, and explore other theory related to cultural tourism industry.The third part is the status and problems about the development of cultural industry, tourism industry and cultural tourism in Shanxi. On the basis of in-depth investigations,the author analysed the status and problems about the development of cultural industry, tourism industry and cultural tourism in Shanxi.The fourth part is the development thought of cultural and tourism industry in Shanxi province. This is the first key and difficult part of paper.The first part considered the development of cultural tourism industry in Shanxi must be rely on the integration about tourism industry and cultural industry in sustainable development background. The second part analyzed the feasibility and necessity of integration about tourism industry and cultural industry as well as bottlenecks in the integration process.Finally, the author offered the path of integration of cultural tourism industry to tourism industry.The fifth part is the concrete path of integration between culture industry and tourism industry in Shanxi province in order to promote the integration of resources , this is the heart of paper. This part include different aspects of integration, just like the marketing integration, the planning integration, material resources integration and so on.Trought these various integrated ways to promote integration efficiency and achieve consolidation effect. The sixth part is the policies and proposals about integration of resources of cultural tourism industry in Shanxi province.The seventh part is article summary.
