Abstract


In today’s dynamic market economic condition, with the rapid development of information technology, enterprise’s competition is not merely competition between single enterprises, but it has evolved into the completion between enterprise’s supply chains. Especially when merger or acquisition happened, how to optimize enterprise’s supply chain and keep enterprise’s core competition has became a top priority for enterprise’s management. Generally, supply chain integration and optimization includes five fields:Internal Optimization of Supply Chain, Establishment and Optimization of Customer Relationship, Establishment and Optimization of Supplier Relationship, Effective Application of Information Technology and Risk Avoidance of Supply Chain.How to identify the fields in supply chain enterprise need to optimize is the topic of this studying. Brocade’s supply chain optimization is the topic of this study. It is based on national and international document studying related to supply chain. Provide a supply chain optimization solution for Brocade from three levels:strategy, tactical and operating. Finally, evaluate effect on the supply chain optimization solution,.This study is an innovation in practice. The solution of study provides a direction for Brocade’s supply chain optimization, it is very valuable in practice.
