Project progress control is the control of construction projects in the three major objectives is an important part of project management . Current domestic power transmission project management process, the lack of progress in the effective management, especially in the progress management information system construction, domestic and foreign advanced management information gap is particularly evident. Use of modern information technology to create efficient, high-speed storage , processing, analysis , decision-making , inquiry, support management system or platform , and eventually through computer-aided engineering project schedule management , the establishment of the progress of the project management system into a large power engineering construction schedule management inevitable choice. In this paper, power transmission construction projects in Taishan region specific circumstances , from the progress management concepts , the overall project schedule formulation and implementation , project management, information technology and other aspects of the construction progress of the project introduces the basic theory of management information ; then lose change power management status and progress of various stages of progress management factors analysis, the transmission project schedule control and management was analyzed and discussed .
