Abstract

Colleges and universities enrollment in 1999, the development of higher education in China has entered a new era. In 2004, the China's higher education gross enrollment rate of 19 percent, according to the theory of the Popularization of Higher Education of Martin Trow, into the era of mass higher education in China. The popularization of higher education is a new opportunity for development of higher education, quality problems after the college enrollment wide attention. According to Xinhua reports, Chongqing higher education enrollment rate exceeded the national level, adopted on December 25, 2010, Chongqing and long-term urban and rural education reform and development plan (2010-2020) \education into the universal stage, the gross enrollment rate of 50%. The face of such a goal and current teaching quality of higher education institutions should be doing in terms of teaching which work to achieve this goal, the quality and quantity is a question worth pondering. In view of the characteristics of the different disciplines and research objective conditions, the subject enrollment after the Chongqing general undergraduate institutions biological quality of the professional teaching. The first part of the research background, research objectives, the research status and research methods are discussed. The second part of the analysis of the concept of teaching quality, structure and evaluation. The teaching quality of higher education institutions to meet student needs and the extent of the needs of the community colleges in teaching. Its composition and evaluation can be analyzed from three aspects of the teachers, students and teaching management. The third part of the questionnaire design, interview design and implementation of the survey. Investigation worked out according to the second part of the analysis of the quality of teaching, student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires, and interviews with the main problem. The fourth part is the analysis of the survey results and draw conclusions. The survey found that enrollment for the general undergraduate Chongqing University Biomedical professional following aspects: (1) enrollment after school, on school conditions affect the level of student learning and teachers teaching. ② college enrollment colleges contradiction between research and teaching. The teachers teaching levels ③ enrollment. ④ the quality of students after enrollment changes. ⑤ student learning time is reduced, increasing pressure on students. ⑥ enrollment, reduce staff and student exchange. ⑦ enrollment to increase the difficulty of teaching management. General undergraduate College Biology Teaching Quality in Chongqing, there are some problems such as: curriculum and the needs of the community out of; teaching management level can not keep up. The fifth part is analyzed from the point of view of the task of teaching and its forward feature influencing factors as well as the quality of teaching two causes and make recommendations for improvement of the teaching quality problem. To clear the centrality of teaching in universities, teaching and learning activities for teachers and students to create a good atmosphere; strengthen the construction of teachers, improve teaching; strengthen students' motivation to learn, guiding students to learn how to learn; establish reasonable teaching incentives is recommended mechanisms.
