Methods : According to the characteristics of the patient 's nose , the different surgical methods were applied , using ear cartilage and septal cartilage free graft to improve the tip of the nose shape or add a bulked prosthesis rhinoplasty surgery texturized material line the tip of the nose plastic surgery after shaping effect and comparison of the long-term effects , comparison of patients before and after the observable indicators to analyze the degree of correction of the patient and shaping effect and for a period of three months to one year of follow-up . Conclusion : According to the characteristics of patients with nasal select different surgical procedures , the use of ear cartilage and septal cartilage as a filler to prosthetic joint cartilage, and bulked transplant patients accompanied by low dorsum application cartilage and bulked filled as the tip of the nose matter after the appearance of vivid and natural , feel good and long-term results are satisfactory , the application ear cartilage complication rate is lower than the bulked material more worthy of clinical application .
