Abstract


Abstract: With the popularity of supply chain concepts and applications , the implementation of supply chain strategy to enhance the overall competitiveness has become the consensus of most businesses . However, in the implementation of supply chain strategy, supply chain process is often to maximize the pursuit of economic interests while ignoring the ecological benefits , relying solely on the consciousness of enterprise supply chain to achieve eco-efficiency is not realistic. Based on this situation, national and local governments through the introduction of eco- related policies to guide and encourage the supply chain enterprises to fully consider the ecological benefits of economic activity , becoming an important method to solve the problem . Based on the ecological policy and regional ecological supply chain -related thoughts , first qualitative analysis from an ecological perspective ecological policy on regional ecological impact of the supply chain ; Then Leontief (Leontief) input-output model was established on the basis of regional ecological supply chain network price model , from an economic point of quantitative analysis of the ecological policy on regional ecological impact of the supply chain ; finally through the calculation , this paper considers the different types of ecological policy on regional ecological impact of the supply chain are very different, for policy formulation provide a reliable basis for analysis . This paper has the following two innovations: 1 . Ecological Policy and Regional Ecology, the concept of supply chain connotation combining ecological study of government policy on regional ecological impact of the supply chain , expanding the regional ecological supply chain theory. (2) the economics Leontief (Leontief) input-output model to the regional ecological supply chain-related research areas , broadening the supply chain management research methods .
