Natural water environment is a complex multiphase system , a variety of solid phase material of the water environment , influence each other, contact each other . , Surface sediment and biofilm levels in the water environment , they play an important role in the distribution and migration of various pollutants in the water environment . Persistent organic pollutants harmful to the environment , carcinogenic and persistent in the environment with some harm . Through the establishment of the Water Environment Simulation System Research 666 ( HCHs ) and DDT ( DDTs ) Dynamic distribution characters of two typical organochlorine pesticides in the water environment ; coexistence of heavy metals the dynamic distribution characteristics of organochlorine pesticides affected. The study found that : the quasi - second-order kinetic equation can be used to describe organochlorine pesticides characterized changes in the content of each phase of the water environment . The solid phase adsorption HCHs and DDTs content of the rate of change of the size of the order : sediment gt ; biofilm ; HCHs and DDTs balance of content in the solid phase in the order: biofilm gt ; sediments . Coexistence of heavy metals copper content of organochlorine pesticides can inhibit biofilm , this inhibition is more pronounced in lower concentrations of organochlorine pesticides . The copper content of organochlorine pesticides in sediments have a certain role in promoting . Considering the distribution of organochlorine pesticides in the water environment simulation system , we can see the pollutants entering the water environment , migration to the solid phase , the aqueous phase concentration decreased rapidly , organochlorine pesticide content in the biofilm and sediment increase in system 50h to achieve a relatively balanced . The biofilm concentration of pollutants play a cushioning effect for the water phase : When the the outside concentration biofilm enrichment adsorbing pollutants ; when the external concentration reduction , the biofilm release desorption of contaminants . Sediment enrichment of pollutants adsorption slower is important accumulation of pollutants in the environment library . Through the establishment of the Water Environment Simulation system is conducive to study the distribution characteristics of organochlorine pesticides in natural water environment , a deeper understanding of the real environmental behavior of organochlorine pesticides and effective governance has a certain theoretical and practical significance .
