Abstract


Ecological barrier the main content of the maintenance of ecological safety , the benefits of the regional ecological environment of decisive significance . Effective ecological barrier is an indicator of involving society, resources and environment system to reflect the supporting capacity of the ecological barriers ecosystems for sustained socio-economic development , is an important topic in the field of ecological restoration research . At the same time , sustainable development is an important issue in the field of research . In the field of practice is the basis for ecological barrier construction and countermeasures . Therefore , the study of the effectiveness of regional ecological barrier , can better understand the role of various ecological barrier support social development of understanding of the relationship between the coordinated development of population , resources and environment , to better achieve the natural sustainable socio-economic development . Ecological barrier is a new area of ??research , the results of the study on its limited research theories and methods are not mature , many aspects need to be further research and exploration . This paper focuses on the theme of \The main contents and conclusions include : (1 ) sets out the background and significance of the study of ecological barriers , China's ecological environment construction progress to define the concept and features of the ecological barrier . According to the the ecological barrier factors as well as ecological barrier characterization characteristics determine ecological barrier effectiveness evaluation theory . ( 2 ) In accordance with the the ecological barrier connotation requirements , determine the principles of ecological barrier effectiveness evaluation , different and dynamic change , the points from the the ecological barrier Goal Orientation economic composite , area to establish a set of comprehensive indicators reflect ecological barrier effective system . ( 3 ) the use of the analytic hierarchy process given weight evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of the the Puding Houzhai River Basin Ecological Environment Construction of the comprehensive management of effective ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Pearl River , the results show that the the Houzhai river basin ecological barrier construction efficiency is more obvious .
