Abstract

The alkylphenol both non-ionic surfactants, industrial synthesis of raw materials alkylphenol ether in the environment in a more stable degradation products, is typical of the environmental endocrine disruptors. It is toxic, bioaccumulative, persistent and estrogenic activity has become a hot research field of environmental science, environmental distribution and behavior, as well as ecological risk assessment. This paper establishes the the alkylphenols analysis method in organisms and sediments, and also study the distribution characteristics of phenolic compounds in organisms and sediment of the Yellow Sea, through research and experiments to the following conclusions: (1) biological and sediment samples were collected by accelerated solvent extraction, six kinds of phenolic compounds in organisms with dichloromethane as the extraction solvent; phenolic substances in the sediments of dichloromethane: acetonitrile (1:1) as the extraction solvent . (2) using a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometric detection and separation techniques, and its Mass negative scan mode, quantitative fragments were: nonylphenol, 219.1/106.0; octyl phenol, 205/106.1; bisphenol A, 227.1 / 212.3; 2,4 - dichlorophenol, 161.3/125.3; tert-octylphenol, 205/134.11;-tert-butyl-phenol, 149/133.3. (3) The established organisms phenolic compounds in biological recovery range 76.7-94.1%, the relative standard deviation in the range of 3.9-8.7%; sediment recoveries ranged from 60.8-85.1%, relative The standard deviation is in between 3.9-9.5%. (4) The method of nonylphenol and bisphenol A in vivo and in sediments detection limits were 1.0 ng / g and 0.2 ng / g; octylphenol, 2,4 - dichlorophenol, octyl phenol, tert-butyl phenol in vivo and in sediments method detection limit: 2.0 ng / g and 0.50 ng / g. (5) the content of phenolic compounds in the Yellow Sea coast in vivo and sediment distribution: phenolic compounds are generally detected, the residual amount of phenolic compounds in vivo was significantly higher than in sediments in the Yellow Sea in vivo and sediment The content of phenolic compounds, lead to to bioaccumulation effects cause varying degrees of certain benthic class. In summary, according to the Yellow Sea results of the distribution characteristics of the geographic area of ??phenolic compounds, phenolic compounds of the in-vivo-tert-butyl phenol, octyl phenol and bisphenol A as the main pollutants in sediments phenols compound-tert-butyl-phenol, octylphenol and 2,4 - dichlorophenol major pollutants. Sort concentration of the levels of geographic area: Liaoning lt; Shandong lt; Jiangsu. By contrast, the papers related to the benthic samples Yangtze River swimming organisms (fish) content in the body of the same order of magnitude level.
