Abstract


The comprehensive development is the inevitable trend of development of the whole society and the highest value of the pursuit , but also China's socialist modernization fundamental requirement . With the advent of the era of knowledge economy , team work has become the new challenges of a necessary tool . Communication and teamwork throughout the entire process , to achieve team goals depends on effective team communication . Effective team communication , members can mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, improve enterprise efficiency , human development provide a useful environment for the overall development has played a positive role. At present, many enterprises do not communicate with the team formed enough attention , still remains in the tradition of poor communication experience management situation. Short term may profit, but in the long run, poor communication will not only affect team performance and business interests , but also to make a serious impact on human development , ultimately leading to the cause of building socialism with significant setbacks. Therefore, to clarify corporate team communication and the overall relationship between the development , it is very necessary . We can take advantage of the intrinsic link between the two , combined with our corporate team development status for the pursuit of comprehensive human development looking for a realistic way . This paper is divided into four parts: the first part , for the lead on the part of the team is to analyze communication and comprehensive human development problems in the current situation , the team explored communication and the overall development of the content and significance of proposed team communication and the overall development of research methods and innovations . The second part of the team communication and the overall development of the two concepts to sort out and analyze , and find out the intrinsic link between the two , as the following will be to explore the path chosen to provide theoretical basis. The third part, from an empirical point of view, on the field survey data obtained from an analysis of corporate team communication management discussed the current situation and existing problems, and analyze the problem exists because , as the following will be to explore the path chosen to provide realistic basis . The fourth part , through the above analysis of the concept and the status quo , combining theory and practice in corporate communications team to promote the practice of trying to find out a person's overall development path. That this is a top priority.
