Abstract


Mean Thought as one of the core of traditional Chinese culture and the Chinese culture for thousands of years experience with interpretation and abandoned, have been deeply rooted in Chinese people's psychological and behavioral norms among the affected Chinese people's thinking patterns, behavior, knowledge structure, become the dominant people's psychological, behavioral, and daily life a powerful force. \In this study, samples of the Chinese people, in-depth discussion and interpretation of the doctrine of practical thinking on social adaptation psychological mechanism is of great significance. This study used survey research methods, surveyed 840 undergraduate and graduate students to explore the heart moderation practical thinking, mental flexibility and Social Adjustment. This article includes two studies: Study 1, the preparation of moderate scale practical thinking. According to the relevant literature and the Doctrine of the Mean Mean thinking theories, research methods using questionnaires prepared in moderate scale practical thinking. Study two, to explore moderation practical thinking, mental flexibility and adaptation relationships. Data were collected through questionnaires, using structural equation model testing moderation practical thinking and mental flexibility and Social Adjustment, and the intermediary role of psychological resilience. In this study, the following conclusions: (1) Mean Scale practical thinking of 22 questions, including interpersonal moderation practical thinking, event moderation practical thinking, self-moderation practice thinking three dimensions. (2) compiled scale has good reliability and validity, the psychometric requirements of different grades can be used to measure China, regional undergraduate and graduate moderation practical thinking index level. (3) moderate practical thinking, social adaptation and psychological resilience among all significantly positive correlation. (4) In the direct effect detection, moderation practical thinking and mental flexibility to adapt to society has a direct significant positive predictor of psychological flexibility to adapt to society has a direct significant positive predictor. (5) In the mediating effect detection, moderation practical thinking to adapt to society there is no direct significant predictor of psychological flexibility in the doctrine of practical thinking and social adaptation completely from the role of intermediary between. The results show that the doctrine of the mean from the perspective of psychology, empirical research studies, the preparation of a wider applicability with moderate scale practical thinking. Mean practical thinking on psychological resilience and social adaptation has a positive impact. Mean Thought through human culture as a way contributed to the moderation practical thinking, mental flexibility in thinking, practice moderation in the growth process, improve the individual's ability to cope and social resilience.
