Abstract


As a limited set of residential high-rise on the land an important means to solve the housing problem, it’s design and construction of the people and experts home and abroad has been the general concern. Collection of residential high-rise Chinese cities generally rise in the 1980s,90s into the high stage of development. How to design a collection of high-rise residential energy efficient building design is a long and important issue.In this paper, a collection of residential high-rise in Dalian for the study. In the first chapter in China’s urban urgency of sustainable housing and urban high-rise residential development in the context of related research in the field of international to collate and review the literature and proposed research focus of this paper and significance.ChapterⅡ:on the basis of research in the field to a collection of high-rise residential development in Dalian course of the main line, analyzing its different historical periods (under the influence of various factors) the development of embodied characteristics. Separately from the building characteristics, type of features, style changes, the evolution of the corresponding plane of development and other aspects of its development are discussed, but also for national policy on the impact of high-rise residential development were discussed.ChapterⅢ:The high-rise residential area of field research and surveys, etc., to obtain first-hand information and the associated data analysis to find in today’s high-rise residential design, construction and use some of the problems that exist for the following chapters for a foundation of design optimization strategies of foreshadowing.ChapterⅣ, ChapterⅤ:select the design of high-rise residential dwelling space and the most important part of the traffic space to optimize the design strategy proposed and discussed. From the architectural point of view, the level of the graphic design of high-rise residential dwelling space and traffic space design strategy. By dwelling on the mainstream in Dalian, a variety of design specifications, standards and other residential point of view of research, trying to sum up the high-rise residential condominiums and traffic characteristics of the design space, points. And the sustainability of some recommendations to the collection of high-rise residential design to provide a reference value.
