Abstract


Taxpayer taxpayer identification based on public interest litigation against illegal expenditure of public funds executive acts litigation , is a new Public Interest Litigation . Taxpayers public interest litigation to establish justice for both enhanced protection of public interests , but also to achieve a better balance private rights of public power . Paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the connotation of public interest litigation taxpayers , taxpayers focuses on the meaning and nature of public interest litigation and public interest litigation taxpayers were compared with the traditional litigation . The second part of foreign taxpayers by examining public interest litigation , public interest litigation for our taxpayers to provide reference system is established . The third part introduces the taxpayer of public interest litigation to establish the theoretical and practical basis . The fourth part of the reality of the situation in our country , public interest litigation against the taxpayer in the particular design problems that need attention , expounded China's Public Interest Litigation specific taxpayers how to design .
