Abstract

The vibration of the three-wheeled motorcycle is a motorcycle ride comfort and safety of the key issues, how to solve the three-wheeled motorcycle vibration, has become one of the urgent need to solve the problems of each of the three-wheeled motorcycle manufacturers. This article is mainly based on vibration theory and the theory of finite element analysis, BY150 three-wheeled motorcycle three-wheeled motorcycle vibration analysis to resolve the current prevalence of three-wheeled motorcycle commonly used speed limits vibration, that frame in resonance occurs commonly used speed range, and to improve the three-wheeled motorcycle vibration comfort. First, the paper by testing three-wheeled motorcycle in a neutral place state and vibration acceleration key position in the state of our roads connected to the engine and frame rubber damping effect to quantify the magnitude of vibration, understand the actual vibration of the original car. Tests showed the engine body vibration rather handle the vibration amplitude of the pedal at full speed within well controlled vibration peak in the range of 2500 ~ 4000r/min; damping rubber engine vibration attenuation The effect is obvious in the commonly used rev range, the engine of the original car using rubber damping blocks horizontally The larger damping energy absorption effect connectivity solutions, in the range of 42-67Hz resonance. To better understand the state of the the BY150 three motorcycle vibration analysis the specific morphology vibration and the vibration frequency, the paper integrated application PrO / E, HyperMesh and ANSYS software, combined with the finite element method and experimental modal analysis of frame structure free modal analysis, frame vibration may cause the first sixth-order natural frequencies and the corresponding modes. Taking into account the road surface excitation and engine to motivate the frame dynamic performance, the dynamic characteristics of the frame to make a preliminary assessment analysis provides a theoretical basis for the improved design of the frame. Third, the finite element model built stiffness analysis, to study the stiffness characteristics of the frame, reference frame structure improvements provide design, so that the frame has the proper stiffness. Based on the frame structural features and finite element analysis results, the to do partial structural optimization of frame proposed frame structure improvement programs. Fourth, the modal characteristics of the frame structure of the authentication after optimization and stiffness characteristics, prediction of the vibration of the vehicle in the frame after the improved effect of improving. Finally, prior to the improvement of the contrast frame after three motorcycles in situ neutral state and the state of road vibration and the engine and the frame of the damping effect of the different connection test improved results, test comparison indicating that the vibration of the vehicle frame improved comfort has been improved, and the frame improved, due to the structural dimensions of the frame front portion has been adjusted, the engine and the frame using the vibration damping effect of the spring support is superior to the rubber support.
