Abstract


With the rapid development of society , large government enterprises , small to individuals, frequent crises event , the crisis in the event of a crisis event information dissemination process occupies an important position . Microblogging is a relationship based on user information sharing, dissemination and access platform . Microblogging in the event of a crisis can reflect some special propagation characteristics, the effect of communication also has a specific effect .
