Abstract


With economic globalization and the accelerated urbanization process. The development of China’s highway provides a new opportunity, however, demand for a new era has brought new changes:First, the highway is not only transportation hub, but also carrier of information and cultural exchanges between cities. Secondly, since the quality of life of people with high aesthetic standards requirements have increased, the image of the artistic design of highway included in the consideration of standards; Finally, the global environmental problems caused by the highway construction on the ecological Restoration and Environmental Design. It is these new changes in the regional culture in the landscape design of specific performance, while the inheritance and development of national culture is significant. Therefore, the geographical and cultural landscape in the design of highway in the inevitable product of the times, as a highway tunnel entrance display the image of the landscape will undoubtedly become the main object of study.Regional culture is a region with the natural landscape and cultural landscape. For my country, regional culture embodies the essence of national culture is the soul of China. Present study aims to regional culture and the development of national cultural heritage, traditional culture, the performance of this modem landscape provides ideas and methods.In this paper, Cheng Qin Expressway as the basis, first at home and abroad highway landscape design background and excellent a case study, found that regional culture on the importance of and need for highway construction.
