The papers on January 1, 2006 to 2010, the First Hospital of Jilin University Oncology Center was first diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (acute myeloid leukemia, AML) 395 hospitalized patients were retrospectively analyzed to study the Center AML patients FAB classification subtypes percentage , cytogenetics and molecular biology abnormal percentage of its correlation with prognosis . Men 215 , women 180 . Minimum 2 years , maximum 82 years , with a median age of 45 years old . After statistical analysis , the following conclusions : 1 , my center M2 leukemia highest incidence , followed by the M3 leukemia . Center abnormal karyotype is the most common t (15; 17) 100% seen in M3 leukemia patients , for a good prognosis karyotype . 3 , t (8 ; 21 ) for a good prognosis karyotype , but mostly due to the presence accompanied by additional chromosomal abnormalities to affect its 1stCR rate . 4 more cytogenetic , molecular biology detection sensitivity . Common molecular mutant c-Kit -positive occurred M2 leukemia , and more with t (8; 21) (q22; q22) exist .
