Objective: To collect breast cancer patient population of Ki- 67 , ER , PR and Her-2 expression , the application of statistical methods to analyze the correlation between these indicators to guide clinical application . Methods: the breast tissues Ki - 67 , ER , PR and Her-2 expression by immunohistochemical staining SP method . Compared with x2 test all count data between groups , P lt ; the 0.05 significantly standards . Results : Ki -67 , ER, PR and Her - 2 positive expression rates were 80.6% , 63.8% , 56.5% , 31.5 % , Ki - 67 expression intensity with lymph node metastasis , vascular invasion , Her -2 expression was positively correlated ( P lt; 0.01), ER and PR expression was not related to sex ( P gt ; 0.05 ), but the subgroup analysis , Ki-67 overexpression group Ki-67 was negatively correlated with the expression of ER, PR . Conclusions : 1. Breast Ki-67 was highly expressed , the positive rate of 80.6% . 2.Ki-67 expression by tumor invasiveness , easy accompanied by lymph node metastasis and vascular nerve invasion . 3.Ki-67 expression and ER, PR no correlation . However, a subgroup analysis , Ki-67 overexpression group , ER, PR expression reduced. 4.Ki-67 expression and Her-2 expression was positively correlated .
