Abstract

Objective: To compare the surrounding bone after implantation of allogeneic bone wedge fusion and cylindrical fusion by simulating the L4-5 intervertebral size for clinical stress-strain mechanical parameters . : Processing suitable allogeneic bone wedge interbody fusion and cylindrical fusion 4 randomly selected specimens for implantation of allogeneic bone wedge fusion group ; randomly taken from four specimens placed in a cylindrical fusion cage group . Analog L4-5 disc herniation , anterior discectomy were placed in a wedge of allogeneic bone wedge fusion cage group and cylindrical fusion group . Analog lumbar anterior surgery, lumbar leading edge of the window, the removal of part of the anterior longitudinal ligament , annulus , the complete removal of the intervertebral disc in L4-5 retained bony endplate . Four specimens placed in an allogeneic bone wedge fusion of four specimens placed in a cylindrical fusion . L5 vertebral spine specimens measuring point resistance strain gauge piece of cloth measuring point 2 points of the upper edge of the lower edge of the L4 vertebral body before the 3rd measuring point of the upper edge of the 4 points L4 vertebral body of L3 anterior lower edge of the 5th points L4 vertebral lower left facet No. 6 points L4 vertebral body upper left facet points of the No. 7 to No. 8 points L5 vertebral facet of L4 vertebral body upper right joint sudden No. 9 points the L4 vertebral lower right facet on the 10th points of the L5 vertebral facet . Sequentially applied to the specimen 100Ncm 200 Ncm moment measured the strain stress value of each measuring point . Statistical analysis method using SpSS11.0 software to complete the statistical treatment of data as x ± s completely randomized data comparison , P lt ; 0.05 for the difference was significant . Results: The maximum strain and maximum stress points occurred in the 1st , the measuring point to the upper edge of the L5 vertebral body before , the site is home to the edge of the bone area analysis for site close to home bone area ; L4.5 gap slotted after implantation bone fusion , resulting in the parts of the stress concentration in the bending moment , the site is exposed to greater stress . Minimum strain and stress points occurred in the No. 6 , No. 6, points to the upper left of the L4 vertebral facet , the points far away from home bone area , so the minimum strain and stress . Conclusion : 1.L5 anterior upper edge in flexion, extension and flexion under maximum strain and maximum stress in the dangerous position . 2 wedge allogeneic bone interbody fusion strain and stress points less than the cylindrical interbody fusion .
