Objective To investigate the correlation Graves 'disease (Graves' disease GD) the serum IL-2/IL-6 and thyroid 131I conversion rate between. Graves' disease is an organ-specific autoimmune diseases, the immune imbalance Th1/Th2 cell offset of Thl cell-mediated cellular immunity; Th2 cells mediated humoral immunity; thyroid cells are the immune imbalance different the cytokines and the stimulation of the antibody ultimately cause thyroid iodine uptake rate increased, hyperthyroidism, this study IL-2 on behalf of the Th1 cytokines, IL-6 on behalf of the Th2 cytokine, IL-2, IL-6, IL-2 is by selecting / IL-6 and the relationship between thyroid 131 Ⅰ conversion rates and to explore the relationship between thyroid autoimmune disorders and thyroid 131I conversion rate. Method select from September 2010 to December a total of 60 cases of Graves' patients in our inpatient treatment as the study group, 30 patients with normal physical examination of thyroid function in healthy volunteers as a control. All subjects underwent thyroid 131I rate 131I conversion rate determination and spare fasting venous blood after centrifugation taken by radioimmunoassay determination of serum IL-2, IL-6. Select the IL-2 on behalf of the Th1 cytokines, IL-6 on behalf of the Th2 cytokine. SPSS 13.0 software for comparative analysis of the patient group and the control group, IL-2, IL-6, the patients the group IL-2/IL-6 and 131I conversion rate correlation analysis. The results of this study in patients with Graves' disease serum IL-2, IL-6 does not follow a normal distribution, so using non-parametric tests. 1 rank sum test analysis: (1) the GD set of IL-2 was significantly lower than the control level, Z = -5.824 (P lt; 0.001) significant. (2) GD group IL-6 was significantly higher than the normal level, Z = -5.32 (P lt; 0.001) significant. (3) GD group 131I conversion rate significantly higher than the normal level, Z = -3.23 (P lt; 0.001) significant. 2. Analysis: variable statistics follow a normal distribution, so using the Spearman rank correlation analysis. (1) IL-2 and 131I conversion rate correlation coefficient r = -0.06 (P gt; 0.05), no obvious correlation between the GD patients with IL-2 and 131I conversion rate. (2) IL-6 and 131I conversion rate of the correlation coefficient r = -0.12 (P gt; 0.05), indicating no significant correlation between the GD patients with IL-6 and 131I conversion rate. (3) IL-2/IL-6 and 131I conversion rate correlation coefficient r = -0.09 (p gt; 0.05) shows that the GD patients IL-2/IL-6 offset 131I conversion rate between no obvious correlation . Conclusions in patients with Graves 'disease in peripheral blood IL-2 levels were significantly reduced IL-6 levels were significantly increased Th1/Th2 cytokine imbalance mainly Th2 dominant response, immune response bias humoral immunity; Graves' patients serum IL-2, IL The -6, IL-2/IL-6 offset no correlation with thyroid 131I conversion rate.
