Objective: To collect the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, August 2006 to August 2010 general surgery and ICU admitted patients with severe acute clinical data. Analysis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis incidence of CLS, CLS try to clarify the incidence and severity of acute pancreatitis, the time between the onset of symptoms to admission, the relationship between cause. Methods: Patients with severe acute pancreatitis INFORMATION 191 patients, mean age 54.4 ± 5.9 years (22-84 years old) excludes cases of pancreatitis during pregnancy, male 100 cases (52.08%); female patients 92 cases (47.92% ), records of all patients onset to admission time (T), etiology, APACHE-Ⅱ score. Through meet SIRS patients with severe acute pancreatitis diagnosed at the same time, and the emergence of systemic edema, blood pressure, central venous pressure, weight gain, hemoconcentration, hypoalbuminemia and above symptoms to diagnose CLS, and recorded cases of patients with CLS data. Quantitative data to z ± s said that the rate of qualitative data in order to form, using χ2 test was used for statistical analysis. Results: 192 patients with severe acute pancreatitis cases of emergence CLS67 cases, the overall incidence rate of 34.90 percent, of which 39 cases of male patients, the incidence of 39.00%, female 28 patients, the incidence of 30.34%, the incidence between men and women is not statistically significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Collecting cases from onset to admission time (T), the onset of 31 cases admitted within 12h, which CLS9 cases, the incidence 29.03%; 12h-24h hospitalized between 44 cases, of which CLS12 cases, the incidence 27.27%; 24h-48h admission between 44 cases, of which CLS19 cases, the incidence 43.18%; 48h-72h 23 hospitalized cases, including CLS10 cases, the incidence 43.49%; 72h after admission, 50 cases, including CLS17 cases, the incidence of 34.00%. Time of onset (T) and CLS incidence was not statistically significant between. 192 cases of severe acute pancreatitis cases, APACHE Ⅱ score was 18.40 ± 4.56 (8-36 points). Where 8-12 points, 11 people, including CLS 2 people, the incidence of 18.18% of the total incidence of 2.99%; 12-16 minutes, 43 people, including CLS 12 people, the incidence of 27.90% of the total incidence of 17.90% ; 16-20 minutes, 82 people, including CLS 30 people, the incidence of 36.59% of the total incidence of 44.78%; 20-24 minutes, 38 people, including CLS 15 people, the incidence of 39.47% of the total incidence of 22.39% ; 24-28 minutes, 10 people, including CLS 4 people, the incidence of 40.00% of the total incidence of 5.97%; 28-32 minutes, six people, including CLS 3 people, the incidence of 50.00% of the total incidence rate of 4.48% ; 32-36 minutes, two people, including CLS 1 person incidence of 50.00% of the total incidence of 1.49%, CLS and APACHE Ⅱ score was statistically significant between (P lt; 0.01). Cause analysis in 114 cases of gallstone pancreatitis occurred CLS39 cases, incidence 34.21%, alcohol 15 cases occurred CLS7 cases, incidence 46.67%, hyperlipidemia seven cases, the occurrence CLS15 cases, the incidence 38.90% idiopathic in 27 cases, occurred CLS9 cases, incidence 33.33%, other (including trauma, a variety of procedures, operations, etc.), 18 cases occurred CLS5 cases, the incidence rate of 27.78%. CLS between the groups cause no statistically significant incidence, P gt; 0.05. Conclusions: 1. Capillary leak syndrome, the incidence and severity of severe acute pancreatitis. (2) severe pancreatitis induced capillary leak syndrome did not differ between sexes. 3 causes severe acute pancreatitis etiology, and time of onset for induced capillary syndrome
