With the deepening of the reform of the health system, the importance of accelerating the development of the medical and health sector is particularly prominent medical workers as the main body of the medical service activities, bear managers, communicators, caregivers, protectors, educators, and other role of health care workers need to have a good professional qualities and psychological qualities. In recent years, the growing tension in the doctor-patient relationship is not only a serious impact on the health services market, the level of trust between doctors and patients are getting lower and lower, under the current system, some defensive medical practices to protect themselves more to reduce the health care workers sense of responsibility and a sense of trust, health care workers bear the enormous pressure, objectively much of the medical workers have had some mental health issues, job burnout has become an important factor to hinder the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Domestic and foreign scholars in the study of the nurses' job burnout and found that the prevalence of different degrees of burnout care team. Since the 1980s, foreign scholars have burnout for nurses in this special population, in recent years, the domestic also carried out these studies. In this paper, nurses crowd of the First Hospital of Jilin University, through questionnaires and depth interviews to understand the different groups burnout of nurses in the First Hospital of Jilin University, through statistical analysis of burnout questionnaire, results Show: emotional exhaustion is the core of burnout; emergency department and ICU nurse burnout incidence is high compared with other departments; less than five years' work, the degree of job burnout of nurses is high compared to the other years of service nurses; clinical positions nurses degree of emotional exhaustion than care managers. And social factors, lack of work and occupational characteristics factors and hospital management of emotional labor three aspects of nurse burnout formed the strongest factor. Hospital is a knowledge-intensive groups, employees are high cultural level of self-awareness and self-esteem strong intellectuals to strengthen the management of emotional labor also requires multi-level multi-faceted to be taken into account, on the one hand, you want to consider, nurse managers and nurses on their own emotional management;, also need to consider the matron emotional management, as well as nurses and nurses on the patient's emotional management. On this basis, from the organizational level and the staff level, the whole idea to strengthen nursing management of emotional labor: hospital level of emotional labor management, including: 1) the emotional labor of nurses injected energy. 2) nurses decompression, to ease the negative emotions of nurses. 3) to create a good mood labor atmosphere; the nurse level emotional labor management including surface-playing strategy and deep performances strategy. With the research progress of job burnout, work environment and human adaptation has become a key issue for the prevention of burnout. 1) strengthen the management of emotional labor in hospital management. 2) a reasonable allocation of human resources. 3) to create a good working atmosphere. 4) to strengthen the communication skills training. Nurse burnout is the result of interaction of individual factors and organizational environment factors, preventive and corrective nurse burnout interventions must be taken to change the organization of individuals and change, hospital leaders respond to the nurses to provide social support, the nurses get a sense of self-respect, in order to reduce the job burnout, the scientific definition of the responsibilities of work, high work load, role ambiguity and role conflict as the main content of the intervention burnout.
