Abstract


Ultrasound interventional minimally invasive biopsy (cNB) is an advanced technology biopsy in the diagnosis of thyroid disease , ultrasound positioning technology , the surgical puncture technique with pathologic read technical capacity in close coordination . Its advantages is that it can remove a large living tissue , to better meet the needs of the pathological diagnosis , improve diagnostic accuracy . Reported in the literature on the diagnostic accuracy of thyroid disease was significantly superior to FNAB. Real-time monitoring of the ultrasound at the same time , adjust the depth and angle of the needle , to avoid the blood vessels, nerves and trachea tissue , not easy to damage the surrounding tissues and organs , improve accuracy . Is simple, safe, with few complications , diagnostic superiority of high . Objective: To evaluate the ultrasound interventional minimally invasive biopsy in the diagnosis of thyroiditis value . Methods: Retrospective our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009 biopsy diagnosis of thyroiditis and thyroiditis with thyroid nodules in 92 patients, the diagnosis , treatment and the follow-up results were analyzed . This paper aims to investigate the clinical significance of the CNB in the diagnosis of HT .
